On the 7th of February 2023, the final SAVE seminar was held at the Novotel in Łódź to present the results of the SAVE Project, entitled: “Violence against the elderly: recognition, response, screening”.
The event included the presentation of all project results and of the outcomes of the piloting with questions & answers to the invited guest – representative of the Geriatric Hospital in Katowice, Ms. Anna Brzęska-Mikoda – the Hospital Director. A demo session of the training was also delivered.
The event was attended by 58 professionals, including: managers of care facilities, social and health care professionals, VET providers, organization that took part during the piloting, elderly care providers, national federations, policy and decision makers, public entities, private companies, NGO active in the field of elder care, health & social care, human rights and dignity for older persons.
